Welcome to HiveLogic AI. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website hivelogicai.co (the "Site") operated by HiveLogic AI ("HiveLogic," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting the Site, joining a waitlist, submitting a form, or using any content we publish here, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to the Site only. If you engage HiveLogic for services — such as a Honeycomb build or membership in the Bee community — that engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and HiveLogic, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

  1. WHO WE ARE

HiveLogic AI provides done-for-you AI system design and related education for interior design professionals. The Site describes those services, hosts our blog (The Hive Journal), and lets you contact us, take our fit quiz, or join a waitlist.

  1. USE OF THE SITE

You may use the Site for your own business or personal informational purposes. You agree not to: (a) use the Site in any way that violates applicable law; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or connected systems; (c) scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content or data from the Site by automated means without our written permission; (d) interfere with the Site's operation, including by introducing malware or placing unreasonable load on our infrastructure; or (e) impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone when using our forms.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site and its original content — including text, articles, graphics, logos, the HiveLogic name, the Honeycomb and Bee marks, page designs, and the quiz — are owned by HiveLogic AI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view, download, and print pages for your own use, and you may share links to our content with attribution. You may not copy, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

  1. FORMS, WAITLISTS & COMMUNICATIONS

When you submit our contact form, join the Bee waitlist, or take the quiz, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and yours to share. By submitting a form you consent to us contacting you about your inquiry. Where you have signed up for updates or a waitlist, we may send you marketing and educational emails; every such email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We process personal information in line with our Privacy Policy (see Section 10).

  1. EDUCATIONAL CONTENT — NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Content on the Site — including blog posts, quiz results, guides, and descriptions of AI tools and workflows — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, accounting, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice tailored to your firm. Decisions you make based on Site content are your own responsibility. AI technologies, vendors, pricing, and best practices change quickly; content that was accurate when published may become outdated, and we are under no obligation to update it.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites, tools, and services (for example, AI providers, scheduling tools, or email platforms). We don't control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Using a third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that service's own terms and privacy policy. References to third-party tools are not endorsements or guarantees of fitness for your business.

  1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that any results described on the Site (including outcomes from AI systems or automation) will be achieved by your firm. Results from AI tools and automated workflows depend on many factors specific to each business, including the quality of the data provided to them.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HiveLogic AI and its owner, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site or its content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Liability arising from paid service engagements is addressed in the applicable service agreement, not these Terms.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HiveLogic AI and its owner, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

  1. PRIVACY

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information submitted through the Site. By using the Site, you consent to those practices.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
